Emma Westphal was born and raised in Chicago. She graduated High School in 2021 and attended The University of Tampa getting her Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology in May of 2025.

After graduating Miss Westphal served as a legal assistant at a Bankruptcy firm and a 911 Telecommunicator with Lake County, where she answered emergency and non-emergency calls, assessed high-pressure situations, and coordinated real-time communication with police, fire, and medical personnel. Across all positions, she developed strong problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and a commitment to supporting others efficiently and effectively.

When she is out of the office, she likes to golf, go on the boat, and travel with her friends and family.
